Purpose
This page explains how to request records held by Mitrend Digital where PAIA applies.
Request format
Identify the record, the form of access requested, your contact details and the right you seek to exercise or protect.
Submission
Submit the request through the contact page with the subject PAIA request. Identity or authority may need to be verified.
Fees and timing
Any prescribed fee and the applicable decision period will be communicated after a valid request is received.
Grounds for refusal
Access may be refused where PAIA permits, including protection of privacy, confidential commercial information or security.
Escalation
A requester may use the remedies available under PAIA, including contact with South Africa’s Information Regulator.
