These terms govern your use of Mitrend Digital’s managed growth, web engineering, and intelligence services. By engaging our services you agree to the commercial scope, deliverables, and recurring service terms defined in your signed proposal or subscription agreement.

Managed Services

Mitrend Digital is delivered as an agency-led managed platform. Recurring intelligence and automation services continue per the agreed billing cycle and may be paused or cancelled in line with your agreement.

Liability

Mitrend Digital connects to your existing business systems and provides decision intelligence based on the data you provide. Recommendations are commercial guidance, not a guarantee of specific financial outcomes.
