1. AI Positioning & Human Governance

Artificial Intelligence is a supporting analytical component of Pemoclick Intelligence—not the entire product. Core business recommendations are governed by deterministic rules, audited mathematical formulas, and verified operational benchmarks.

The Human Approval Principle:

Pemoclick will never autonomously adjust live product pricing, alter ad budgets, or modify CRM data without explicit human-in-the-loop review and approval by authorized client stakeholders.

2. Evidence Quality & Signal Integrity

Bad data produces bad recommendations. Pemoclick actively flags stale inventory feeds, missing gross margin data, and unverified attribution tags before generating recommendations.

Free Intelligence Check vs Connected Assessment:

The Free Intelligence Check provides an indicative maturity score based on questionnaire responses and public domain probes. Specific SKU-level margin leakage and stockout protection require connecting real ERP/eCommerce data in a Connected Intelligence Assessment.

3. POPIA Compliance & Client Isolation

We strictly adhere to South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). All client operational and financial data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

✓No Public LLM Training: Your business records, pricing models, and customer information are never used to train public third-party AI models.
✓Data Minimization: Pemoclick only requests read access to fields strictly required for commercial decision modeling.
